From the initial point of contact the procedure is usually split into 3 stages as outlined below:
Stage 1 - Initial Site Visit
We find that a visit to view the site is always useful and often essential when evaluating and preparing to design a scheme to fulfil all requirements. A Business Development Manager will arrange a convenient time to visit and discuss the project.
Stage 2 – Site Survey & CAD Design & Layout
After the initial visit a site survey will be conducted. The purpose of the survey is to obtain the exact dimensions on site and to note any structural details that may affect the planned scheme.
Site details are then passed on to our in-house CAD (Computer Aided Design) Department who will then proceed to design a layout. The drawing(s) will then be sent to you for approval followed by a full detailed quotation.
Stage 3 – Office Support & Installation
From the moment that the order is placed we will be in regular contact regarding delivery and installation dates. The sales office is open between 8.30am – 5.30pm each weekday to deal with any queries.
Filplastic employ a permanent installation team which enables us to guarantee the standard of work done on site – all our installers are SEIRS registered, carry a full range of safety equipment and hold all current and relevant licences
