BMF Supplier Charter
In March 2015 the BMF (Builders Merchant Federation) launched a customer service charter, and as registered supplier of BMF, we are proud to adhere to the excellent customer service guidelines.
The BMF Supplier Member Charter comprises the following five pledges to BMF Merchant members:
* Prompt and fair dealings with merchant member customers
* Help to stock and display our products
* Sustainable products and materials
* Technical support and product training
* Commitment to improve the effectiveness of the building materials supply chain
